摘  要:地面装备液压油是液压系统的关键部分之一,及时的更换液压油,可以避免装备故障,提高效益。对国内外关于地面装备液压油换油指标相关研究进行了汇总和总结,主要阐述了地面装备液压油的按时换油、按经验换油和按质换油等3种换油方式,并分析比较了优缺点;介绍了国内外现有的液压油换油标准;对比分析了研究地面装备液压油时制备油样的3种方法:实机试验、台架试验和实验室模拟试验;最后从液压油的性能指标和综合指标两方面综述了地面装备液压油换油指标的研究现状。Ground equipment hydraulic oil is one of the key parts of the hydraulic system. The timely replacement of hydraulic oil can avoid equipment failure and improve efficiency. This paper summarizes the related researches on the oil exchange index of hydraulic oil of ground equipment at home and abroad. It mainly expounds the oil change of the ground equipment hydraulic oil on time, according to the experience of oil change and oil change by oil and other three oil change methods. And their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed and compared. The existing standards for hydraulic oil exchange at home and abroad are introduced. Three methods of oil sample preparation for ground equipment hydraulic oil are compared and analyzed: real machine test, bench test and laboratory simulation test. Finally, the research status of hydraulic oil change index of ground equipment is reviewed from the aspects of hydraulic oil performance index and comprehensive index.
