摘  要:斜盘压缩机具有结构紧凑、噪声低以及高速稳定等特点,将其进行微型高压化并应用于天然气、红外冷却、潜水呼吸和气动弹射等高要求领域具有独特的优势。根据斜盘机构的结构和运动特性,结合多级压缩理论,确定微型高压斜盘压缩机的关键结构参数,在此基础上,建立起气缸内进气、压缩、排气以及膨胀4个过程的数学模型,对微型高压斜盘压缩机的各级气缸内的压力曲线进行数值模拟,绘制出气缸工作过程的指示图,研究不同转速对气缸压力变化的影响,进而分析其对等熵效率和容积效率的影响,为提高压缩机的整体效率提供理论依据。Swash plate compressor is used more and more due to its simple structure, low noise and excellent performance, especially at high speed. The structure of existed swash plate compressor with single stage can be applied to a miniature high pressure compressor, which hold remarkable advantages when applied to fields such as natural gas, infrared cooling, scuba diving and pneumatic ejection. The critical structure parameters were determined according to multi-stage compression theory as well as the structural and kinetic characteristics of swash plate compressor. On the basis, the mathematical model of suction phase, compression phase, discharge phase and expansion phase were built. The gas pressure curve in higher stage were simulated and the indicated diagrams were charted out to analyze the influence of rotation speed variations on the variation of cylinder gas pressure. Furthermore, analysis on the isentropic efficiency and volumetric efficiency were carried out for improving the overall efficiency of the compressor.
