摘 要:为实现多柱塞阀配流往复式容积泵的流量调节,提出一种基于进液阀在排液行程内延迟关闭原理的流量调节策略。在未考虑柱塞副泄漏效应及配流阀启闭滞后效应前提下,首先借助柱塞运动规律得到了单柱塞腔无量纲化流量方程,并以此为基础建立了单柱塞腔无量纲化瞬时排出流量与排液阀滞后开启时长间的函数关系;之后,借助多柱塞泵的各个柱塞具有相同曲轴安装角度差的结构特点,得出了三柱塞泵整泵无量纲化流量与各自排液阀滞后开启时长间的函数关系;最后,基于功率平衡原理建立了流量调节策略。该策略的核心内容是以负载压力和电机功率计算得出负载所需流量,然后再解算出排液阀所需滞后开启时长及所对应的曲轴转角。以BRW125/31.5C型三柱塞乳化液泵为原型,基于AMESim软件创建了流量调节仿真模型,仿真结果表明:随着负载压力升高,负载液压缸输入流量逐渐降低;在达到压力调节阈值后,乳化液泵需0.25 s完成流量调节过程。可为乳化液泵的负载敏感化改进设计及面向液压支架动作过程的稳压供液技术研究提供有益借鉴。In order to realize the purpose of flow regulation of reciprocating-type positive displacement pump with multi-plunger and check valve,a novel flow regulation strategy is proposed which based on the method of delaying the closing of inlet valve during discharge stroke.Without considering the leakage effect of the plunger pair and the opening and closing lag effect of the flow distribution valve,the dimensionless flow equation of the single plunger chamber is obtained firstly with the advantage of plunger motion law,and the mathematical relationship between the dimensionless instantaneous discharge flow rate of the single plunger chamber and the lag opening time of the discharge valve is established subsequently;secondly,based on structural characteristics of the same crankshaft installation angle difference between each plunger,the mathematical equation between the dimensionless discharge flow rate of the whole 3-plunger pump and the lag opening time of each discharge valve is obtained;last,the flow regulation strategy is proposed based on the power conservation principle,and its key point is the calculation of the required flow rate by means of load pressure and motor power,then the delay time and its corresponding crankshaft angle of discharge valve could obtain subsequently. Taking BRW 125/31.5 C 3-plunger emulsion pump as prototype,the flow regulation simulation model has built based on AMESim,and the results show that:with the increase of load pressure,the input flow rate of load hydraulic cylinder decreases gradually;by reaching the pressure regulating threshold, the flow regulating process of the emulsion pump needs 0.25 s to complete. The flow regulation strategy proposed in this paper can provide a useful reference for the improved design of load sensitivity of emulsion pump and the research of fluid supply technology oriented to the action process of hydraulic supports.
