摘  要:根据齿轮啮合原理,通过推导齿轮啮合点和转角的运动学关系,得出了内啮合齿轮泵排量的精确计算公式,同时结合界面化的程序设计为排量计算在实际工程应用中提供了便利,并利用3种不同型号的内啮合齿轮泵参数对该公式进行了排量验证,最大误差在3%左右,可为泵的结构参数选择和设计提供基础的理论指导。The displacement calculation formulas of internal gear pump are not unified and exact in the existing literatures. According to the theory of gear meshing, the accurate calculation formula of internal gear pump displacement is obtained by deducing the relationship between gear meshing point and rotation angle. Combined with the interface program design, the displacement calculation is convenient for practical engineering application. The formula of displacement calculation is verified by using the parameters of three different types of internal gear pumps, and the maximum error is about 3%. It can provide basic theoretical guidance for the selection and design of pump structural parameters.
