摘 要:对白云鄂博65%混合稀土精矿在Na 2CO 3焙烧体系中的分解行为及焙烧产物选择性浸出行为进行研究,考察焙烧温度、焙烧时间、碳酸钠加入量和碳酸钠粒度对高品位混合稀土精矿焙烧分解过程中矿物烧失率、独居石分解率、固氟率、对铈与非铈稀土浸出率的影响,并利用TG-DSC、化学分析、SEM等对试验样品进行分析表征。结果表明:在焙烧温度660℃、焙烧时间1.5 h、碳酸钠加入量24%、碳酸钠粒度60~90μm的条件下矿物烧失率为17.94%、独居石分解率为95.62%;当其它焙烧条件不变,焙烧时间延长为2 h时,固氟率可以达到87.91%,与此同时当碳酸钠加入量增大到28%时,铈优浸率、非铈稀土浸出率也都达到了最优,分别为9.14%和90.55%。Decomposition behavior and selectivity leaching behavior of roasting product of Bayan Obo mixing rare earth concentrates with 65%grade in Na 2CO 3 roasting system were studied.Effects of roasting temperature,roasting time,sodium carbonate dosage,and size of sodium carbonate on mineral ignition loss,monazite decomposition rate,fluorine fixation rates,leaching rate of Ce and non-Ce-bearing rare earth during roasting decomposition of high-grade mixed rare earth concentrates were investigated.Testing samples were characterized by TG-DSC,chemical analysis,SEM.The results show that mineral ignition loss is 17.94%and monazite precipitation rate is 95.62%under the conditions including roasting temperature of 660℃,roasting time of 1.5 h,dosage of sodium carbonate of 24%,and particle size of sodium carbonate of 60-90μm.When other conditions remain unchanged,roasting duration is prolonged to two hours,fluorine fixation rate is 87.91%.At the same time,upon improving dosage of sodium carbonate to 28%,both Ce leaching rate and non-Ce rare earth extraction rate reach the optimum value,which is 9.14%and 90.55%,respectively.
