摘 要:随钻仪器工业级功率器件是井下电路不可缺少的电子元器件,其自身发热量大,而井筒的高温环境不利于热量扩散,造成其温升过高导致性能下降甚至损坏,从而影响随钻测量。对其进行温度控制,拓展其工作温度上限很有必要。鉴于此,设计了一种随钻仪器功率器件温控试验系统。通过试验研究获取数据,借助最小二乘法建立温控模型,预测随钻仪器工业级功率器件拓展应用温度上限。研究结果表明:在85℃环境中,通过温控试验系统,可将模拟功率器件所代替的工业级功率器件温度上限拓展至122.7℃,拓展幅度达到37.7℃,拓展率上升44.4%;可将真实功率器件所代替的工业级功率器件温度上限拓展至150℃以上,拓展幅度超过65℃,拓展率超过75.3%。该温控试验系统对随钻仪器工业级功率器件具有良好的温控效果,具备拓展其温度上限的能力,同时温控试验系统开启后300 s内,可使模拟功率器件和真实功率器件温度均低于环境温度30℃以上,并趋于稳定,具有响应速度快的特点。MWD industrial power device is an indispensable electronic component of downhole circuit.The generated massive heat and inferior heat diffusion environment of the high temperature wellbore makes its temperature too high,resulting in performance degradation or even damage,thus affecting the measurement while drilling.Therefore,the temperature control research to expand its operating temperature limit is necessary.A temperature control test system for the MWD power device is designed.The data is obtained through experimental research.The temperature control model is established by means of least square method to predict the application upper limit of the industrial power device.The research results show that in the environment of 85℃,the temperature limit of industrial power device replaced by analog power device can be extended to 122.7℃through the temperature control test system,with the expansion of 37.7℃and the expansion rate increase of 44.4%.The upper limit of the industrial power device replaced by the real power device can be extended to above 150℃,with the expansion over 65℃and the expansion rate of more than 75.3%.The temperature control test system has good temperature control effect on the MWD industrial power device,and has the ability to expand the upper limit of the temperature.Within 300 s after the temperature control test system is turned on,the temperature of the analog power device and the real power device can be 30℃lower than the ambient temperature and tends to be stable,presenting a fast response.
