摘  要:为研究有杆采油系统井下工况、采油参数及杆管泵参数对机采系统综合性能的影响,在对胜利油田抽油机井数据调研的基础上,通过机采生产综合性能影响因素研究和分析,以井下效率、抽油杆应力幅和产液量为目标函数,以沉没度、冲程、冲次及抽油泵泵径为影响因子,设计了4因素4水平正交试验,综合比较了各影响因子对目标函数的影响趋势和影响程度。分析结果表明:泵径增加有利于提高井下效率,而沉没度增加会降低井下效率;泵径增加会极大程度地增大抽油杆应力幅,从而缩短抽油杆服役寿命;冲程、冲次和泵径增加均会提高油井产液量,而在这三者共同作用下,沉没度对产液量的影响较小。所得结果对有杆采油系统性能的综合评价和参数优化设计具有一定的指导意义。To study the influence of downhole working conditions,oil production parameters and rod pump parameters on the comprehensive performance of the artificial lift system,based on the research of the data of the rod pumped wells in the Shengli Oilfield,through analysis on comprehensive performance influencing factors of the artificial lift,taking the downhole efficiency,sucker rod stress amplitude and liquid production as the objective function,and the submergence depth,stroke,pumping speed and pump diameter as the influencing factor,the 4 factors and 4 levels orthogonal test is designed.The influence trends and degrees of the factors on the objective function are comprehensively compared.The analysis results show that the increase of pump diameter is beneficial to improve the downhole efficiency.The increase of submergence depth will reduce the downhole efficiency.The increase of pump diameter will greatly increase the stress amplitude of sucker rod,thus shortening the service life of sucker rod.The increase of stroke,pumping speed and pump diameter will increase the production of the oil well.Under the combined effect of these three factors,the submergence depth has little effect on the liquid production.The study has important guiding significance for the comprehensive evaluation and parameter optimization of the performance of the sucker rod pumping system.
