三早、三助创新型基础医学研究生培养模式构建与实践

摘　　要：目的探索培养医学研究生的科研创新能力、提升医学专业人才的培养质量的培养模式和有效途径。方法本文提出一种全新的创新型基础医学研究生培养模式--"三早、三助"培养模式,探索提升基础医学专业人才培养质量的培养模式和有效途径。结果发现接受"三早、三助"新型培养模式的研究生在核心期刊和SCI期刊上发表文章的情况较好,在国内核心期刊发表文章率为56%,在SCI期刊上发表文章率为43%。结论建立"三早、三助"目标化管理的创新型研究生培养模式符合本校自身发展特色,为创新科研能力基础医学专业人才培养提供理论基础及实践指导。Objective To explore the training mode and effective ways to cultivate the scientific research and innovation ability of medical graduate students and improve the quality of medical professionals. Methods This paper proposes a new innovative basic medical postgraduate training model – "three early, three assists" training mode, to explore effective ways to improve the quality of basic medical professionals training. Results This paper found that postgraduates who accept the "three early, three assists" new training model publish well in core journals and SCI journals, 56% in domestic core journals, and 43 % in SCI journals. Conclusion The innovative postgraduate training mode of establishing "three early, three assists" target management is in line with the development characteristics of the school and provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the cultivation of basic medical professionals for innovative scientific research capabilities.
