摘　　要：目的探讨左室流出道疏通术后肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)变化及对预后指标的影响。方法选取2016年1月-2017年12月在本院行左室流出道疏通术患者29例临床资料作为研究对象,按照术后cTnI水平分为3组,检测术后0~4 d cTnI变化,ICU住院时间、住院天数以及并发症,分析相关性。结果 A组术后cTnI含量均高于B、C组;B组术后cTnI含量均高于C组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。A组ICU住院时间高于C组,住院天数高于B、C两组,并发症率高于C组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。A组cTnI与ICU住院时间、总住院天数、并发症率呈强相关;B组与住院天数,并发症率呈强相关;C组与住院天数呈强相关。结论左室流出道疏通术后cTnI与ICU住院时间、总住院天数、并发症呈现正相关。Objective To investigate the changes of cTnI in patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy after left ventricular outflow tract dredging and its influence on prognosis. Methods From January 2016 to December 2017, 29 patients with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy undergoing left ventricular outflow tract dredging were divided into three groups according to the level of cTnI after operation. The changes of cTnI were detected on the 0 ~ 4^th day after operation, and the ICU stay time, hospitalization time and complications were analyzed and their correlation with cTnI level was analyzed. Results The levels of cTnI in group A were higher than those in group B and C, and those in group B were higher than those in group C(P < 0.05). The length of stay in ICU of group A was longer than that of group C, and the total length of stay in ICU was longer than that of group B and group C. The complication rate of group A was higher than that of group C, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). In group A, cTnI was strongly correlated with length of stay, length of stay and complication rate in ICU, while in group B, cTnI was strongly correlated with length of stay and complication rate in ICU respectively, showing strong correlation with length of stay. Conclusions cTnI after left ventricular outflow tract dredging is positively correlated with ICU hospitalization time, total hospitalization days and complications.
