社区高血压治疗中非洛地平缓释片的运用效果

摘　　要：目的探究社区高血压治疗中非洛地平缓释片的运用效果。方法数字随机法的方式抽取2016年1月-2018年1月期间我社区医院收治的100例高血压患者,根据不同治疗方法划分为对照组(运用尼群地平片治疗)、研究组(运用非洛地平缓释片治疗),每组均50例,对比两组治疗疗效及其对血压、生活质量等的影响。结果治疗后,两组舒张压、收缩压水平较治疗前下降(P <0.05),且研究组舒张压、收缩压水平低于对照组(P <0.05);研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组GQOLI-74各维度评分高于对照组(P <0.05),组间不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论社区高血压治疗中非洛地平缓释片的运用效果显著,可推广。Objective To explore the effect of non-lodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of hypertension in community. Methods The method of digital randomization is to pump 100 patients with hypertension in the community hospital from January of 2016 to the first month of January 2018. According to the different methods of treatment, they are divided into the control group(the treatment of niimingroup flat tablet therapy) and the study group(use of non-lodipine slow-release tablet), each group has 50 cases, the treatment effect of the two groups and their effect on blood pressure and quality of life. Results After treatment, the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.05), and the levels of diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05), and the gqoli-74 scores in all dimensions in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Nonflodipine sustained release tablets is effective in community hypertension treatment.
