摘  要:目的探讨专科护理质量指标在提高胃肠外科手术后胃肠功能恢复中的应用。方法以专科疾病特点及循证为基础,建立标准时间内胃肠功能恢复率、术前禁食水的合格率、术前肠道准备规范率、术后早期功能锻炼执行率、腹部按摩落实率、咀嚼口香糖落实率六个方面的护理质量指标,运用这六个指标对术后胃肠功能恢复进行管理,比较专科指标实施前与实施半年后各合格率的情况。结果标准时间内胃肠功能恢复率、术前禁食水的合格率、术前肠道准备规范率、术后早期功能锻炼执行率、腹部按摩落实率、咀嚼口香糖落实率均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论专科质量指标的实施更有效提高胃肠外科专科护理质量,且该指标易收集,指标和标准基于科学文献与临床实践,是有效、可靠的,具有科学性和可行性。Objective To explore the application effect of specialized nursing quality indexes in improving gastrointestinal function after gastrointestinal surgery. Methods The standard time of nursing quality indexes was established based on characteristics of specific diseases and evidence, including in the recovery rate of gastrointestinal function, the qualified rate of preoperative fasting water, the standard rate of preoperative intestinal preparation, the implementation rate of early postoperative functional exercise, abdominal massage, chewing gum. These six indexes were used to manage postoperative gastrointestinal function restored. Compare the qualification rates of the specialized indicators before and after implementation for half a year. Results The standard time of the recovery rate of gastrointestinal function, the qualified rate of preoperative fasting water, the standard rate of preoperative intestinal preparation, the implementation rate of early postoperative functional exercise, abdominal massage, chewing gum were all higher than before implementation, the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The quality of gastrointestinal surgery specialist care can be effectively improved by the quality index and the indicators easy to collect, indicators and standards are based on scientific documents and clinical practice, it is effective, reliable, scientific and feasible.
