摘　　要：目的探索延伸性护理在卵巢囊肿手术患者中应用对患者心理状态和妊娠的影响。方法在本院2015年3月-2017年3月收治的卵巢囊肿患者中选出220例为研究对象,均行腹腔镜下囊肿摘除术治疗,随机将患者分为两组,对照组患者出院后给予常规随访护理,观察组患者出院后给予延伸性护理,对比两组患者术后的心理状态、生活质量评分、随访2年妊娠率等。结果出院6个月后,SAS评分、SDS评分和ESCA评分比较两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);随访观察2年的妊娠率比较,观察组为80.91%,高于对照组的61.82%,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论延伸性护理在卵巢囊肿手术患者出院后应用效果确切,有助于减轻患者的术后负面情绪,提高自我护理管理能力,促进术后康复,促进术后妊娠。Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing on psychological status and pregnancy of patients underwent ovarian cyst surgery. Methods From March 2015 to March 2017 220 cases of patients with ovarian cyst in the hospital were chosen, they were performed laparoscopic cyst excision treatment, they were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given regular follow-up care after discharge, the observation group was given after discharge extensibility care, compared two groups of patients with postoperative mental state, the quality of life score, pregnancy rate followed up for 2 years, etc. Results After 6 months of discharge, the differences in the SAS score, SDS score and ESCA score between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05). The pregnancy rate followed up for 2 years in the observation group was 80.91%, which was higher than that in the control group of 61.82%, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Extensive nursing has a definite effect on patients with ovarian cyst after discharging from hospital. It can help to alleviate the negative emotions of patients after operation, improve the ability of self-care management, promote the recovery after operation and promote pregnancy after operation.
