摘　　要：目的探讨早期穴位按摩联合使用开塞露对阴道分娩产妇首次排便状态的影响。方法选取2018年8-12月本院阴道顺娩的产妇,选80例为本次研究对象,按照分娩时间先后顺序随机抽取,根据护理干预的不同分成两组,观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用常规护理+穴位按摩联合开塞露护理干预,对比两组产妇排便效果及舒适度。结果接受护理后,观察组产妇的排便有效率达到95%,对照组产妇的排便有效率达到80%,两组结果比较差异性显著,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论早期穴位按摩联合使用开塞露对阴道分娩产妇首次排便状态的影响显著,产妇的舒适度较好,便秘腹胀不适发生率明显降低。Objective To explore the effect of early acupoint massage combined with glycerine enema on the first defecation state of parturients during vaginal delivery. Methods 80 cases of vaginal delivery in the hospital from August 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research object. They were randomly selected according to the sequence of delivery time. They were divided into two groups according to the different nursing intervention, the observation group and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given routine nursing plus acupoint massage combined with glycerine enema nursing intervention. The defecation effect and comfort of the two groups were compared. Results After received nursing care, the effective rate of defecation in the observation group was 95%, while that in the control group was 80%. There was a significant difference between the two groups, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Early acupoint massage combined with glycerine enema has a significant effect on the first defecation state of vaginal delivery women. The comfort degree of patients is better, and the incidence of constipation and abdominal distension is significantly reduced.
