摘 要:以木浆纤维和黏胶纤维为原料、以环保可降解的聚乙二醇为黏合剂,采用湿法成网-化学黏合加固工艺制备可冲散非织造材料,并对不同原料配比下材料的物理性能、力学性能、吸收性能、耐磨性能及可冲散性进行了测试和比较。结果表明,纤维自身特性及各组分的质量分数对样品材料的性能有明显的影响,当木浆纤维质量分数在40%~60%时,所制备材料的性能基本可满足实际使用要求和可冲散要求,可作为可冲散一次性卫生用品的基材。当木浆纤维与黏胶纤维质量比为1︰1时,可获得性能最佳的可冲散非织造材料。In this paper, flushable nonwoven materials were prepared by wet laid-chemical bonding process by using wood pulp fiber and viscose fiber as the raw materials and environmentally degradable Polyethylene glycol(PEG) as the adhesive. The physical property, mechanical property, absorption, abrasion resistance and flushability of nonwovens were tested and compared under different raw materials ratios. The results indicated that the fiber properties and mass fraction of each component had a significant effect on the performance of sample materials. When the mass fraction of wood pulp fiber was between 40%~60%, the performance of the nonwoven materials can basically meet the requirements of actual operation and flushability, and can be used as a substrate for flushable disposable sanitary products. When the mass ratio of the two fibers was 1︰1, the flushable nonwoven materials with the best properties can be obtained.
