住宅产业化背景下内装产业现状和前景分析

摘　　要：梳理了内装产业存在的主要问题,包括:有内装企业所面临机遇与挑战并存,更新与停滞相共;产业化的标志是产业链,其中内装产业化的链条最长,以内装产业作为住宅产业化的切入点,可以集中解决住宅内部装饰装修存在的关键问题,进而从源头上优化内装产业链供给,提高住宅品质。The paper combs the main problems in the infill construction systemindustry,which faced by infill construction system companies are the coexistence of opportunities and challenges and of the renewal and stagnation. The sign of industrialization is the industrial chain,among which the longest is that ofinfill construction system industrialization. With the interior industry as the breakthrough point of the housing industrialization,the key problems of infilldecoration can be solved intensively,and then optimize the supply of the industrial chain from the source and improve the quality of the house.
