摘　　要：目的通过对HPLC条件研究,以建立五子补肾胶囊HPLC指纹图谱研究。方法采用高效液相色谱法,考察并优化流动相组成、柱温及洗脱方法等,确定最终的色谱条件。结果采用Dimonsil C18(2)(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长210nm,柱温35℃,进样量10μL,流速:1.0mL·min^-1。结论该方法科学可靠,可用于五子补肾胶囊特征指纹图谱的研究。OBJECTIVE To study HPLC frigerprint conditions to establish quantitative analytical method for the WuZi BuShen Capsules.METHODS The conditions of HPLC were confirm by investigate and optimized the flow phase composition,column temperature and elution method.RESULTS The optimum condition was Dimonsil C18(2)column(4.6×250mm,5μm)by gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1,using acetonitrile and 0.1%aqueous formic acid as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 210nm,the column temperature was 30℃and the sample size was 10μL.CONCLUSION This method is credible in sciencewhich can beused as the Wuzi Bushen Capsules characteristic fingerprint atlas.
