HPLC法测定北败酱药材及其制剂中绿原酸、木犀草素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立不同产地北败酱药材及其制剂“妇可靖胶囊”中抗菌、抗病毒类有效成分绿原酸、木犀草素的含量研究方法。方法采用HPLC法对不同产地北败酱药材及其制剂“妇可靖胶囊”中主要成分绿原酸、木犀草素进行定量分析。色谱柱:CAPCELL PAK C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(10∶90)、乙腈(A)-0.5%冰醋酸(B)梯度洗脱。结果绿原酸、木犀草素在13.9875~139.8748ng、2.6313~32.8912ng范围内均呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为96.04%、95.79%,RSD为0.82%、0.77%(n=6)。结论方法准确可靠,专属性强,结果稳定,重现性好,可有效控制制剂质量。OBJECTIVE To establish an method for determination of chlorogenic acid and luteolin in Sonchus brachyotus DC.and its preparations FuKeJing Capsule.METHODS The chlorogenic acid and luteolin in Sonchus brachyotus DC.and its preparations FuKeJing Capsule was determined by HPLC.CAPCELL PAK C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)column was used.The modbile phase was acetonitrile-0.4%phosphoric acid(10∶90),acetonitrile(A)-0.5%glacial acetic acid(B)gradient elutionwith the flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1.The column temperature was 30℃and UV detection wavelength was at 327nm,350nm.RESULITS The chlorogenic acid and luteolin were linear in the range of 13.9875-139.8748ng and 2.6313-32.8912ng,respectively.The average recovery were 96.04%and 95.79%,and RSD were 0.82%and 0.77%(n=6).CONCLUSION The established method is accurate,reliable and specific.The results are stable with good reproducibility.The quality of FuKeJing Capsule can be controlled by the method.
