摘　　要：目的对肿瘤专科医院使用脂肪乳氨基酸(17)葡萄糖(11%)注射液的患者进行分析与点评,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法收集95份使用脂肪乳氨基酸(17)葡萄糖(11%)注射液的病例,从适应症,总能量及配伍用药等方面对应用合理性进行考查。结果用药合理率为64.2%,适应症合理率为87.3%,总能量合理率占87.9%,营养配比及配伍用药基本合理。结论临床药师应在肠外营养方面加强相关监测工作,规范合理用药,提高药学服务水平。OBJECTIVE Medical records with the use of fat emulsion,amino acids(17)and glucose(11%)injection were collected,and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use,the use of fat emulsion,amino acids(17)and glucose(11%)injection in cancer specialist hospitals were analyzed and commented.METHODS Ninty-five cases of fat emulsion,amino acids(17)and glucose(11%)injections were collected and the rationality of the application was examined in terms of total energy,indications,and compatibility.RESULTS The rational rate of drug use was 64.2%,the indication was suitable for 76.8%,the total energy was reasonably accounted for 86.3%,the nutrition ratio and compatibility are basically reasonable.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists should strengthen relevant monitoring work on parenteral nutrition,standardize rational drug use and improve the level of pharmaceutical care.
