稳心颗粒对病毒性心肌炎所致心律失常的疗效及对炎症因子的影响

摘　　要：目的研究稳心颗粒对病毒性心肌炎所致心律失常的疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法选择60例病毒性心肌炎所致心律失常患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组两组,其中:治疗组患者给予口服稳心颗粒,静脉滴注能量合剂+1,6-二磷酸果糖;对照组患者给予口服普罗帕酮片治疗,静脉滴注能量合剂+1,6-二磷酸果糖;两组患者均连续治疗14d。同时,比较两组患者临床综合疗效、中医症状改善情况、心功能改善情况和心电图疗效,并观察两组患者治疗前后血清心肌酶谱指标和炎症因子水平的变化情况。结果治疗组患者临床综合疗效总有效率(93.3%)、中医症状改善有效率(83.4%)和心电图疗效总有效率(90.0%)明显高于对照组(76.7%,66.7%和60.0%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF均显著改善(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后LVEDD、LVESD明显低于对照组,LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前cTnT、hs-CRP、CK-MB、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者cTnT、hs-CRP、CK-MB、TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8等指标水平显著降低,且治疗组明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稳心颗粒治疗病毒性心肌炎所致心律失常疗效显著,能有效改善患者中医症状、心功能、心电图情况及各项实验室检查指标。OBJECTIVE To study the efficacy of WenXin Granule on Cardiac Arrihythmia caused by viral myocarditis and its effect on antioxidative indices.METHODS 60 cases were randomly into two groups(Treatment group and Control group).The patients in the treatment group were treated by oral WenXin Granule and intravenous drip with adenosine disodiu and 1,6 diphosphate fructose.The patients in the control group were treated by oral Propafenone and intravenous drip with adenosine disodiu and 1,6 diphosphate fructose.The treatment duration of two groups were both 14 days.The compositive effect,TCM symptoms,heart function and therapeutic efficacy of electrocardiogram in two groups were compared.The changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum indices and inflammatory factors were determined..RESULTS The total effective rate of compositive effect,TCM symtoms,and electrocardiogram in the treatment group were 93.3%,83.4%and 90.0%,which was significantly higher than those of the control group(76.7%,66.7%and 60.0%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with pre-treatment,the left ventricular end diastolic dimension(LVEDD)and left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD)of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the levels of cTnT,hs-CRP,CK-MB,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of cTnT,hs-CRP,CK-MB,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 decreased significantly in two groups.Meanwhile,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSION WenXin Granule is effective in the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia caused by viral myocarditis,can alos effectively improve TCM symptoms,heart function and electrocardiogram and various lab indexes.
