摘  要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDUS)诊断缺血性脑血管病患者颈部动脉血管病变的临床价值。方法本院2017年3月-2018年4月收治的46例缺血性脑血管病患者分别进行颈动脉CDUS和计算机体层摄影血管造影(CTA)检查,对比CDUS和CTA检查颈动脉斑块数量及易损斑块数量的具体情况,进一步分析CDUS诊断颈部动脉血管病变的应用价值。结果在颈内动脉各类型斑块数量的检出方面,CDUS与CTA的对比存在显著性差异(P<0.05);CDUS诊断易损斑块的检出率为52.1%,CTA诊断易损斑块的检出率为21.2%,二者对比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论CDUS可对斑块表面的光滑度或有无溃疡进行准确评估,特别是在颈总动脉不稳定斑块特征的明确上,CDUS检查较CTA检查更具优势,能够为易损斑块的检查提供重要依据。Objective To investigate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonography(CDUS)in the diagnosis of carotid artery lesions in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods From March 2017 to April 2018,46 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were examined by CDUS and computed tomography angiography(CTA).The number of carotid plaques and vulnerable plaques examined by CDUS and CTA were compared,and the application value of CDUS in the diagnosis of carotid artery vascular disease was further analyzed.Results There were significant differences between CDUS and CTA in the detection of various types of plaque in internal carotid artery(P<0.05);The detection rate of CDUS in the diagnosis of vulnerable plaque was 52.1%,and that of CTA in the diagnosis of vulnerable plaque was 21.2%.There was significant difference between CDUS and CTA(P<0.05).Conclusion CDUS can accurately evaluate the smoothness or ulcer of plaque surface,especially on the characteristics of unstable plaque of common carotid artery,CDUS examination has more advantages than CTA examination,and can provide important basis for vulnerable plaque examination.
