摘　　要：索马里是一个由单一民族构成的非洲国家,民族语言一致性明显。同时,索马里多次被殖民的经历,造成国内多种外语并存现象十分显著。面对这一语言现象,索马里政府尚未制定专门的语言政策法规,其语言规划主要体现在确立和发展国家官方语言方面。文章首先简要考察了索马里的语言状况和语言政策;其次以索马里政府确立索马里语文字体系为重要基点,讨论了该事件前后索马里语言政策的转变;最后对索马里语言政策的特点进行了总结分析。Somalia is an African country made up of a single ethnic group,and its ethnic language has obvious consistency.At the same time,because Somalia has been colonized many times in history,the coexistence of many foreign languages in this country is also very significant.Facing this linguistic phenomenon,the Somali government has not yet drawn up any specialized language policies and regulations.Therefore,its language planning is mainly reflected in the establishment and development of the national official languages.This paper makes a brief introduction to the language situation in Somalia and the general situation of Somali language policy.After that,the paper,taking the establishment of Somali language font system as a starting point,discusses the change of Somali language policy before and after it.And at last the paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of Somali language policy.
