摘　　要：习近平新时代网络意识形态安全重要论述是应对国内非主流意识形态侵占网络空间和国外西方意识形态渗透的产物。习近平新时代网络意识形态安全重要论述以坚持党的领导、坚持人民导向、坚持社会主义核心价值体系为原则,以掌握网络意识形态主动权和话语权、占领网络意识形态舆论阵地、形成大宣传格局为内容,以技术支撑、人才依托、法律保证为战略模式,形成"三位一体"具有全局性和前瞻性的思想体系。习近平新时代网络意识形态安全重要论述丰富发展了马克思主义意识形态理论,为新时代中国特色社会主义理论体系注入新的活力,对维护国家安全和抵御西方意识形态入侵具有重要理论意义和现实意义。Xi Jinping’s important exposition on network ideological security in the new era is the product of the invasion of non-mainstream ideology in China in the cyberspace and the infiltration of western ideology abroad.The principle of Xi Jinping’s important exposition on network ideological security in the new era is that it adheres to the leadership of the party,insists on people oriented,and sticks to the socialist core value system.The content is that it masters the network ideological initiative and voice,captures network ideological public opinion position,and forms the situation of big publicity.The strategic mode is that it is supported by technology,based on talent,and takes law as the guarantee,so as to form a"trinity"thought system with the overall importance and forward-looking characters.Xi Jinping’s important exposition on network ideological security in the new era enriches and develops Marxist ideological theory,injects new vitality into the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era,and is of great theoretical and practical significance in safeguarding national security and resisting the invasion of western ideology.
