“育人”重于“济人”:应用型高校图书馆勤工助学管理之省思

摘　　要：从“育人”重于“济人”角度,分析了当前应用型高校图书馆在勤工助学学生的管理过程中存在的问题。从促进勤工助学学生心智成熟、完成自我教育、培育创新精神的角度,提出既要完善岗位管理以强化育人功能,更要加强人文关怀以增强育人效果的优化策略,真正实现“管理育人、服务育人、资助育人”。From the perspective of“educating people”over“helping people”,this paper analyzes the current application-oriented university libraries’management of the work-study students.There are limitations such as backward ideas,single jobs and regulatory anomie.Then from the angle of promoting work-study students’mental maturity to complete self-education and cultivate innovative spirit,the paper puts forward optimization strategies:perfecting post management to strengthen education function and strengthening humanistic care to enhance the effect of education at the same time,thus truly realize the ideas of“educating people by management”,“educating people by service”,and“educating people by funding”.
