护士分层级管理在妇科护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究护士分层级管理在妇科护理管理中的应用。方法选取我院妇科2018年1月-2018年6月期间的26名护理人员和200例患者研究对象,随机分为常规组和研究组,每组均为护理人员13名、患者100例。常规组实施常规管理模式,研究组采取护士分层级管理,比较两组护理管理质量和患者满意度。结果在基础护理、病房管理、护理服务、差错管理等方面,研究组的质量评分均要明显高于常规组的质量评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在患者总满意度方面,常规组为88.0%,研究组为96.0%,研究组要明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层级管理应用在妇科护理管理中效果明显,值得推广。Objective To explore the application of nurse hierarchical management in Gynecological Nursing Management.Methods 26 nurses and 200 patients in gynecology department of our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were randomly divided into routine group and research group,each group consisted of 13 nurses and 100 patients.The routine management mode was adopted in the routine group,and the nursing management quality and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the aspects of basic nursing,ward management,nursing service and error management,the quality score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction of the patients was 88.0%in the routine group and 96.0%in the research group,which was significantly higher than that of the routine group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of nurse hierarchical management in Gynecological Nursing management is obvious and worth promoting.
