综合护理在经胃镜治疗急性上消化道出血中的应用价值体会

摘　　要：目的评价探究综合护理在经胃镜治疗急性上消化道出血中的应用价值体会。方法选择来我院接受胃镜治疗的急性上消化道出血患者进行研究,随机抽选50例依据抽签法的分组方式划分成两组,对照组25例接受常规护理,25例观察组接受综合护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度、心理状态、危险评分以及并发症发生率。结果观察组对护理的满意评价比对照组高,其并发症发生率低于对照组,观察组的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪评分在护理前与对照组相比无差异,在护理后显著较对照组更低,并且其危险系数评分与对照组相比有显著性差异,研究有意义,P<0.05。结论在急性上消化道出血患者行胃镜治疗时提供综合护理措施有助于改善患者的负面情绪,帮助其快速脱离生命危险,值得临床深究。Objective To evaluate the value of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage by gastroscopy.Methods Patients with acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage who underwent gastroscopy in our hospital were selected.50 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the grouping method.25 patients in the control group received routine nursing care,and 25 patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing.The nursing satisfaction,mental state,risk score and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The observation group was more satisfied with the nursing than the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group.The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were not different from those of the control group before the nursing,and were significantly better after the nursing.The group was lower,and the risk coefficient score was significantly different from the control group.The study was meaningful,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing measures in patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding during gastroscope treatment can help to improve the negative emotions of patients and help them to quickly escape from their life.It is worthy of clinical investigation.
