排球扣球与拦网的“高、快”特点及其在优秀副攻队员选拔中的应用

摘　　要：为了提高排球副攻队员选拔的科学性,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、录像解析法和数理统计法,对“高、快”特点在排球比赛中的意义、副攻队员扣球与拦网的“高、快”特征进行了分析,设计了副攻队员单项指标选拔策略和综合评价选拔策略。结果表明:击球的实际高度和完成一项技术所用的时间是评价副攻队员“高、快”的最合理指标;扣球与拦网的效果是副攻队员比赛能力的客观体现;单项指标选拔策略能根据不同的区间为优势指标互不交叉的副攻队员提供选拔方案;综合评价选拔策略能对副攻队员的比赛能力进行等级评价和个人排名;扣球与拦网的“高、快”秩和比(RSR值)可作为优秀副攻队员再选拔的量化依据。In order to improve the scientific selection of the volleyball team members,the paper analyzes the specific mean-ings of height and speed in the volleyball matches and the characteristics of the middle blocker's spike and block by means of literature research,expert interviews,video analysis and mathematical statistics.The single indicator selection strategy and the comprehensive evaluation selection strategy are designed.The results show that the actual height of the batting and the time used to complete a technique are the most reasonable indicators for evaluating the height and speed of the middle bloc-ker.The effect of spike and block is the objective embodiment of the ability of the middle blocker.The single indicator selec-tion strategy can provide selection solutions for the middle blocker whose superior indicators do not cross each other according to different intervals;Thecomprehensive evaluation selection strategy can evaluate the competition ability and personal rank-ing of the middle blocker.The correlation coefficient between the rank-sum ratio(RSR value)of the height and speed in the volleyball's spike and block can be used as a quantitative basis for the re-selection excellent middle blockers.
