多囊卵巢综合征患者胰岛素敏感性及β细胞功能与体脂的关系

摘　　要：选取2016年1月至2018年12月在本院治疗的187例多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者,同时选取健康体检者190名作为对照组,比较2组稳态模型评估的胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、体脂含量(BF)和miR-93水平。结果显示,PCOS组HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、TG、TC、LDL-C、BF和miR-93明显高于对照组(均P<0.05),而HDL-C明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。PCOS组BF≥35%患者HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、TG、TC和LDL-C明显高于BF<35%患者(P<0.05),而HDL-C明显低于BF<35%患者(P<0.05);PCOS组BF≥35%和BF<35%患者TC和miR-93比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HOMA-IR、HOMA-β与BF呈正相关(r=0.427和0.224,P<0.05),miR-93与BF无相关性(P>0.05)。A total of 187 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled,and 190 healthy people served as control group.The levels of homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),β-cell function index(HOMA-β),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C),body fat content(BF),and miR-93 were compared between the two groups.The results showed that HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,TG,TC,LDL-C,BF,and miR-93 in PCOS group were significantly higher while HDL-C was significantly lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,TG,TC,and LDL-C levels in patients with BF≥35% of PCOS group were significantly higher compared with those in patients with BF<35%(P<0.05)while HDL-C was significantly lower(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in TC and miR-93 between patients with BF≥35%and BF<35%in PCOS group(P>0.05).HOMA-IR and HOMA-βwere positively correlated with BF(r=0.427 and 0.224,P<0.05),while miR-93 was not correlated with BF(P>0.05).
