中温光催化剂制备及催化分解磷化氢性能研究

摘  要:合成了用于催化分解低浓度磷化氢气体的复合催化剂NF/TiO2-n和NC/TiO2-n,采用TEM、SEM、XRD、UV-vis DR等手段表征催化剂的结构和光学性质,引入365 nm UV辐射并对催化剂在300-450℃的催化活性进行了测试.结果表明,紫外光的引入大大提高了中温催化活性,300℃的催化分解率最高达到99.22%.实验得到了高活性的中温磷化氢分解催化剂,讨论了其对紫外-可见光的光响应潜力,在工业废气中剧毒磷化氢的资源化利用领域具有广阔应用前景.The composite catalysts NF/TiO2-n and NC/TiO2-n were synthesized for phosphine decomposition. The structure and optical properties of prepared catalysts were characterized by TEM, SEM,XRD and UV-vis DR tests. The ultra-violet irradiation was introduced and the catalytic activity tests were carried out at 300-450 ℃. It is proved that the introduction of ultraviolet light improves the catalytic activity at medium temperature by a great extent, and the PH3 decomposition rate at 300 ℃ is up to 99.22%.A highly efficient catalyst for phosphine decomposition at mid-temperature was prepared, and its optical potential was discussed in detail. It is highly applicable in the field of phosphine recovery and utilization from industrial exhaust.
