瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的 探究瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病的治疗效果.方法 70例2型糖尿病患者,通过抛硬币的方式分为对照组和研究组,各35例.对照组予以二甲双胍治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加以瑞格列奈治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及治疗效果.结果 治疗后,研究组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平(6.4±0.4)mmol/L、(8.7±2.9)mmol/L、(7.5±1.1)% 均低于治疗前的(11.3±0.9)mmol/L、(14.7±3.0)mmol/L、(9.8±1.8)%;对照组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平(8.3±1.5)mmol/L、(10.4±2.7)mmol/L、(9.3±2.4)%均低于治疗前的(11.4±0.4)mmol/L、(14.4±2.7)mmol/L、(10.6±2.4)%,且研究组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组患者的治疗总有效率为94.3%,高于对照组的74.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 临床采用瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者效果显著,能够有效改善患者血糖水平,值得临床推广应用.Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of repaglinide combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into control group and research group by coin-tossing method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and the research group was treated with repaglinide on the basis of the control group.Comparison was made on fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin before and after treatment and the therapeutic effect between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin(6.4±0.4)mmol/L,(8.7±2.9)mmol/L and(7.5±1.1)%in the reserach group was lower than(11.3±0.9)mmol/L,(14.7±3.0)mmol/L and(9.8±1.8)%before treatment.The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin(8.3±1.5)mmol/L,(10.4±2.7)mmol/L and(9.3±2.4)%in the control group was lower than(11.4±0.4)mmol/L,(14.4±2.7)mmol/L and(10.6±2.4)%before treatment.Those indicators in the research group was lower than those in the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 94.3%in the research group,and that was higher than 74.3%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Reglinide combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.It can effectively improve blood glucose level and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
