济生肾气汤加减治疗肾结石的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨济生肾气汤加减治疗肾结石的临床价值.方法 100例肾结石患者,采用随机数字表法分为济生肾气汤加减辅助组和常规治疗组,每组50例.常规治疗组选择常规手术治疗,济生肾气汤加减辅助组在常规手术基础上联合济生肾气汤加减治疗.对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后肾功能水平、住院天数、镇痛药物使用量及并发症发生情况.结果 济生肾气汤加减辅助组总有效率100% 高于常规治疗组的80%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,济生肾气汤加减辅助组血清尿素、肌酐分别为(11.02±1.24)mmol\L、(311.19±12.35)μmol/L,均低于常规治疗组的(23.21±3.55)mmol\L、(562.45±12.12)μmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).济生肾气汤加减辅助组住院天数、镇痛药物使用量分别为(2.11±1.23)d、(6.21±1.42)mg,均少于常规治疗组的(6.11±1.55)d、(9.26±1.56)mg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).济生肾气汤加减辅助组并发症发生率2% 低于常规治疗组的14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 常规手术加上济生肾气汤加减治疗肾结石效果显著,可降低患者并发症发生率,应进一步推广运用.Objective To discuss the clinical value of addition and subtraction of Jisheng Shenqi decoction in the treatment of kidney stones.Methods A total of 100 kidney stones patients were divided into Jisheng Shenqi decoction group and conventional group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated by conventional surgery,and Jisheng Shenqi decoction group was treated by addition and subtraction of Jisheng Shenqi decoction on the basis of conventional surgery.Comparison were made on clinical efficacy,level of renal function before and after treatment,hospitalization time,consumption of analgesics and occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 100%in Jisheng Shenqi decoction group was higher than 80%in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum urea and creatinine were(11.02±1.24)mmol\L and(311.19±12.35)μmol/L respectively in Jisheng Shenqi decoction group,which were lower than(23.21±3.55)mmol\L and(562.45±12.12)μmol/L in conventional group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and consumption of analgesics were(2.11±1.23)d and(6.21±1.42)mg respectively in Jisheng Shenqi decoction group,which were less than(6.11±1.55)d and(9.26±1.56)mg in conventional group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 2%in Jisheng Shenqi decoction group was lower than 14%in conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional surgery plus addition and subtraction of Jisheng Shenqi decoction shows significant effect in the treatment of kidney stones.It can reduce the incidence of complications,and should be further promoted and applied.
