综合护理干预对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者的影响研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨综合护理干预对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者的影响,探究其临床意义.方法 160例双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各80例.对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实行综合护理干预.对比两组患者的记忆、智商以及护理满意度.结果 护理后,观察组患者的瞬时记忆、长时记忆、短时记忆、记忆商数评分分别为(14.8±1.8)、(42.9±5.3)、(59.8±2.3)、(109.6±2.7)分,均高于对照组的(11.5±1.7)、(36.7±5.6)、(53.2±2.7)、(94.6±2.8)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的语言智商、操作智商、智商水平评分分别为(109.8±1.8)、(112.5±3.6)、(111.2±2.7)分,均高于对照组的(101.2±1.7)、(101.3±2.4)、(101.3±2.1)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的护理满意度为98.75%,高于对照组的65.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在对双相情感障碍躁狂发作患者治疗时进行综合护理干预,能够有效提高患者的记忆力和智商水平,并能够提高护理满意度,具有一定的研究价值.Objective To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on bipolar affective disorder patients with manic episode and investigate its clinical significance.Methods A total of 160 bipolar affective disorder patients with manic episode as study subjects were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The memory,intelligence quotient and degree of satisfaction with nursing in two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the instantaneous memory,long-term memory,short-term memory,memory quotient score were(14.8±1.8),(42.9±5.3),(59.8±2.3)and(109.6±2.7)points in the observation group,which were all higher than(11.5±1.7),(36.7±5.6),(53.2±2.7)and(94.6±2.8)points in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The language intelligence quotient,operational intelligence quotient and ntelligence quotient level score were(109.8±1.8),(112.5±3.6)and(111.2±2.7)points in the observation group,which were all higher than(101.2±1.7),(101.3±2.4)and(101.3±2.1)points in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of satisfaction with nursing was 98.75%in the observation group,which was higher than 65.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For bipolar affective disorder patients with manic episode,comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve patients’memory and intelligence quotient level and improve nursing satisfaction.It contains certain research value.
