摘 要:目的:调查沈阳市市售蔬菜的农药残留、亚硝酸盐及重金属含量状况,为相关部门的监督监管提供依据。方法:在沈阳市4个区随机购买141种蔬菜,采用快速检测法检测。结果:农药残留、亚硝酸盐及重金属检出率分别为95.04%、80.14%、73.05%;超标率分别为17.02%,8.51%,3.55%。结论:沈阳市售蔬菜农药残留、亚硝酸盐、重金属检出和超标情况各有差异。Objective:To investigate the pesticide residues,nitrite and heavy metal content of vegetables sold in Shenyang,and provide the basis for supervision and supervision of relevant departments.Methods:141 kinds of vegetables were randomly purchased from different supermarkets,markets and vendors in 4 districts of Shenyang City,and tested by rapid detection method.Results:The detection rates of pesticide residues,nitrite and heavy metals were 95.04%,80.14%and 73.05%,respectively;the over-standard rates were 17.02%,8.51%and 3.55%,respectively.Conclusion:The detection and over-standard conditions of pesticide residues,nitrite and heavy metals in vegetables sold in Shenyang is different from other regions.
