摘　　要：目的探究紫杉醇药物洗脱球囊在冠脉小血管病变中的临床应用效果。方法选取2017年12月~2018年11月我院心内科收治的拟行冠脉介入治疗的冠脉小血管狭窄病变患者30例作为研究对象,均应用紫杉醇药物洗脱球囊治疗狭窄病变,分析手术情况、手术前后并发症情况,比较术前和术后心绞痛发生率、病变最小管腔直径及管腔狭窄程度。结果手术成功率为100%(30/30),术后6-9月后进行冠脉造影复查,未发现2级以上冠状动脉夹层、冠状动脉血栓形成、冠脉闭塞等事件的发生。术后心绞痛发生率为10.00%(3/30),低于术前的56.67%(17/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后病变最小管腔直径大于术前,管腔狭窄程度小于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫杉醇药物洗脱球囊治疗冠脉小血管病变效果明显,不良心血管事件发生少,安全性高,有利于手术的成功进行,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical application of paclitaxel-eluting balloon in coronary small vessel disease.Methods Thirty patients with coronary small vessel stenosis who underwent puncture coronary intervention in our department from December 2008 to November 1818 were enrolled in the study.All of them were assisted with paclitaxel-eluting balloon and analyzed for surgery.The situation,complications before and after surgery,the incidence of preoperative and postoperative angina,the smallest lumen diameter of the lesion and the degree of stenosis.Results The success rate of operation was 100%(30/30).Postoperative coronary angiography was performed.No events such as coronary artery dissection and coronary thrombosis were found.The incidence of postoperative angina was 10.00%(3/30),which was lower than the preoperative 56.67%(17/30).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The minimum lumen diameter of the postoperative lesions was greater than that before surgery,and the stenosis of the stenosis was less than that before surgery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Paclitaxel-eluting balloon is effective in the treatment of coronary small vessel disease.It has less adverse cardiovascular time and high safety,which is conducive to the successful operation of the operation.It is worthy of clinical application.
