摘 要:目的比较四维和二维超声技术在胎儿先天性心脏病诊断中的应用效果差异,为胎儿先天性心脏病的早期诊断提供借鉴依据。方法选取2017年10月~2018年10月期间于我院就诊的孕妇76例为研究对象,全部研究对象均给予四维超声和二维超声进行检查,并将检查结果与金标准进行比对,对两种方法的诊断准确率进行观察和比较。结果四维超声对于胎儿先天性心脏病的诊断准确率为96.05%,显著高于二维超声的69.74%,且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用四维超声对先天性心脏病进行诊断的临床效果较好,与二维超声技术相比四维超声技术的诊断准确率更高,是临床诊断胎儿先天性心脏病的可靠方式之一。Objective To compare the differences of the application effects of 4D and 2D ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease,and provide reference for the early diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease.Methods 146 pregnant women who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were chosen as the research object in the study.They were divided into the four-dimensional ultrasound group and the twodimensional ultrasound group according to the different examination methods used by pregnant women,70 and 76 pregnant women in the two groups.The two groups of subjects were examined with four-dimensional ultrasound and two-dimensional ultrasound,and the examination results and the pathological results were compared.The diagnostic accuracy of the two methods were observed and compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the congenital heart disease in pregnant women in the four-dimensional ultrasound group was 96.05%,which was significantly higher than that in the two-dimensional ultrasound group of 72.86%,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease is better.Compared with two-dimensional ultrasound technology,the diagnostic accuracy of four-dimensional ultrasound technology is higher,which is one of the reliable ways to diagnose fetal congenital heart disease.
