摘　　要：指出修订GB/T5600—2006《铁道货车通用技术条件》的必要性,对比分析国际国外及我国铁道货车标准体系、结构、内容,详细分析GB/T5600—2018《铁道货车通用技术条件》的修订原则、主要修订内容及关键指标的确定,说明一些未写入GB/T5600—2018的技术内容,以便更好地理解和实施标准。The necessity of revising GB/T 5600—2006 General Technical Specification for Railway Freight Car is introduced in this article.The standard system,structure and content of railway freight cars abroad and within China are compared and contrasted.The revising principles,main revision contents and determination of key indicators of GB/T 5600—2018 General Technical Specification for Railway Freight Car are analyzed in details.Some technical contents which not included in that are explained in this article in order to understand and implement the standard better.
