摘  要:话语作为师生信息交流和情感沟通的重要媒介,直接影响和决定着思想政治教育的实效。教师作为教育和教学的直接参与者和实施者,他们的话语能力和水平更是直接影响着话语实效。虽然近年来国家在制度层面不断提高保障思想政治教育话语权,但实际教育实践中教师依然面临理论话语主导权"式微"、教学文本话语解释"贫乏"、个体话语"缺位"、角色失衡、话语范式"滞后"等话语困境,只有提升教师话语能力,提高理论话语权,优化教学话语权,尊重学生话语权,完善教师个人话语权,健全制度话语权才能从根本上提升教师话语权威。As an importan t medium of information exchange and emotional communication, discourse directly influences and determines the effectiveness of ideological and political education. Since teachers are the direct participants and implementers of education and teaching, their ability and level of discourse directly affect the effectiveness of discourse. Although in recent years, the state has continuously improved the right to guarantee the ideological and political education at the institutional level, in the practice of practical education, teachers still face the "weakness" of theoretical discourse, the "shortage" of the discourse of the discourse of the teaching text, and the "emptiness" of the individual discourse. In the dilemma, only by improving the teacher’s discourse ability and the theoretical discourse power, optimizing the teaching discourse right, respecting the students’ discourse power, perfecting the teacher’s personal discourse power and perfecting the institutional discourse power, can we fundamentally improve the teacher’s discourse authority.
