摘 要:目的:研究水翁花对内毒素致休克小鼠血清中NO和TNF-α含量的影响,探索其抗内毒素休克的作用机制。方法:昆明种小鼠60只分为正常对照组、模型组、地塞米松组、水翁花低、中、高剂量组各10只。注射内毒素致小鼠休克,观察水翁花对动物休克死亡率、血清中TNF-α和NO含量的影响。结果:与模型组比较,水翁花水提液中、高剂量能显著减少动物的死亡率,分别为10%和20%(P<0.05,P<0.01),显著降低内毒素休克小鼠血清中NO和TNF-α的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:水翁花通过降低血清中NO和TNF-α的含量而发挥抗内毒素休克死亡的作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of cleistocalyx operculatus on levels of NO and TNF-α in serum of endotoxin-induced shock mice.Methods:60 Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,dexamethasone group,high,medium and low dosage groups of cleistocalyx operculatus(31g/kg,16 g/kg,8 g/kg).The mice in normal control group were intraperitoneally injected with normal saline,while other mice were intraperitoneally injected with endotoxin after continuous administration for 15 days(The mice in normal control group and model group were administrated with normal saline).72 h later,mice were executed and levels of NO and TNF-α in serum were detected and rate of shock mortality was calculated.Results:Compared with model group,both mortality and the levels of NO and TNF-α in serum were significantly decreased in high,medium dosage groups of cleistocalyx operculatus(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Cleistocalyx operculatus maybe decrease death rate of mice due to endotoxin shock through decreasing the levels of NO and TNF-α in serum of mice.
