流产后关爱护理在妇科门诊手术室中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究流产后关爱护理在妇科门诊手术室中的应用效果。方法方便选取2017年10月—2018年10月连江县妇幼保健院收治的流产患者150例作为研究对象。以随机分组方法,平均分成观察组和对照组。为对照组患者提供常规护理管理,观察组在常规护理管理的基础上,进一步采用了关爱护理。结果实施关爱护理后,观察组患者的SAS评分与SDS评分均得到了有效控制,从护理前的(51.25±0.21)分和(55.29±0.13)分,分别降低到了(36.01±0.24)分和(33.64±0.85)分。有74例患者掌握科学避孕方法,有70例患者,能在实践中有效运用,二者所占比重分别为98.67%和93.33%。同对照组比,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.364,12.065,P<0.05)。结论通过该次研究工作可看出,针对流产患者的术后关爱护理,能有效地减轻患者的负面情绪,提高患者对于流产和科学避孕方法的掌握程度,提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the application effect of post-abortion care in the gynecological outpatient operating room.Methods A total of 150 abortion patients who were conveniently selected admitted to the County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as subjects,and they were divided into observation group and control group by random grouping method.The routine control management was provided for the control group,and the observation group further adopted the care care based on the routine nursing management.Results After the implementation of care care,the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were effectively controlled,from(51.25±0.21)points and(55.29±0.13)points before treatment,to(36.01±0.24)points and(33.64±0.85)points.There are 74 patients who have mastered the method of scientific contraception,and 70 patients can be effectively used in practice.The proportion of the two was 98.67%and 93.33%respectively.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=10.364,12.065,P<0.05).Conclusion It can be seen from this research that postoperative care for patients with abortion can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the mastery of abortion and scientific contraceptive methods,and improve the quality of life of patients.
