摘 要:纳米碳纤维材料由于耐腐蚀特性和导电性能较优而成为接地材料发展的新方向。然而,纳米碳纤维材料电气性能仍未得到充分的试验研究。纳米碳纤维材料的电阻率、磁导率、热稳定性能、耐受冲击电流能力等电气性能指标是纳米碳纤维接地网设计和评估的基础,对上述参数进行测量。测量结果表明:编织型和硬质型纳米碳纤维材料的电阻率分别是121.3μΩ·m和46.71μΩ·m左右,相对磁导率均为1,但其热稳定性能较差,热稳定系数分别为13.058和41.118;两种材料耐受冲击电流的能力较好;编织型和硬质型纳米碳纤维材料都具有负的温度-电阻率特性,当加载电流的有效值为数千安培时,编织型纳米碳纤维材料的电阻率减小到36.75μΩ·m,硬质型纳米碳纤维材料在数十千安电流的作用下,电阻率减小到0.151μΩ·m,接近钢材的电阻率。Due to its excellent corrosion resistance and the electrical conductivity is superior to other nonmetal materials,carbon nanofibers material has become the development direction of the grounding material.However,as a new type of nonmetal grounding material,the electrical properties of carbon nanofibers material has not been fully studied.The resistivity,permeability,thermal stability and tolerance ability of impulse current of carbon nanofibers are foundation of the design and evaluation of carbon nanofibers grounding grid,so it's necessary to measure the electrical properties of carbon nanofibers materials.The results show that:the resistivity of woven and hard-type carbon nanofibers material respectively is 121.3μΩ·m and 46.71μΩ·m,and the relative permeability is 1,and the coefficient of thermal stability respectively is 13.058 and 41.118,their thermal stability is poor,but the tolerance ability of impulse current is good.Both of the woven and hard-type carbon nanofibers material have negative temperature resistivity characteristics,when load current effective value for several thousand amperes,the resistivity of woven carbon nanofibers material is reduced to 36.75μΩ·m,when load current effective value for tens thousands amperes,the resistivity of hard-type carbon nanofibers material decreases to 0.151μΩ·m,close to the resistivity of copper.
