摘 要:采用冲击电流发生器,对不同厂家、不同压敏电压(U1 mA)的20 kA标称放电电流(In)金属氧化物压敏电阻(MOV)施以长波10/350μs和短波8/20μs冲击电流,以期考察MOV耐受长波与短波冲击电流的折算关系。实验结果表明:MOV在长波和短波下的通流容量折算关系与MOV的压敏电压相关,其折算值与压敏电压成正比例的关系,相比于短波,长波电流耐受能力随压敏电压升高而减弱;通过实验得出,MOV在短波和长波冲击下的通流容量比值为:当压敏电压为430 V时14.44倍,当压敏电压为620 V时16.32倍,当压敏电压为910 V时22.27倍。Longwave 10/350μs and shortwave 8/20μs impulse currents were applied to 20 kA nominal discharge current(In)metal oxide varistors(MOV)of different manufacturers and breakdown voltages(U1 mA)in order to investigate the conversion relationship between longwave and shortwave impulse currents of the tolerance of MOV.The test results show that the conversion relationship of the flux capacity of MOV under longwave and shortwave is related to the breakdown voltage of MOV,and the conversion value is proportional to the breakdown voltage.Compared with shortwave,the tolerance ability of the longwave current decreases withthe breakdown voltage increased.Through test,it is concluded that the flow capacity ratio of MOV under the shocking of short wave and long wave is14.44 times when the breakdown voltage is 430 V,16.32 times when the breakdown voltage is 620 V,and 22.27 times when the breakdown voltage is 910 V.
