摘　　要：通过原材料的选择、配方调整和加工工艺改进来提高产品的耐雷电流和方波电流冲击能力。随着压敏材料的粒度、纯度等物理性能的提高,经过配方调整,加工设备自动化程度的提高,当电压梯度调整到180~200 V/mm范围内时,芯片的电流密度等各项性能最优。瓷片边缘带尖角能增加侧面的大电流导行距离,用打扁的“S”弯引线插片焊接,能使冲击电流比较均匀的分布在整个银面上,包封前内涂树脂能提高银层的灼烧温度,从而进一步提高产品的总体耐冲击能力。The resistance of lightning current and square wave current shock capability of the products is improved by the adjustment of raw materials,formula and processing technology.With the improvement of the physical properties(such as particle size and purity etc.)of the pressure sensitive material,the adjustment of the formula,and the high degree of processing equipment automation,the performances(including current density etc.)of the chip are optimal at the voltage gradient range of 180~200 V/mm.The sharp edge of the ceramic plate can increase the large current conduction distance on the side surface.After welding with the flattened“S”bend lead,the shock current can be evenly distributed over the entire silver surface.If a layer of resin was coated before encapsulation,which can increase the burning temperature of the silver layer,thereby further improving the overall resistance of shock ability of the product.
