摘 要:分别对高温硫化硅橡胶(HTV)和液体硅橡胶(LSR)未老化样品,盐雾老化1 000 h、2 000 h,紫外老化1 000 h、2 000 h试样进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)测试,通过特征峰峰值以及特征峰面积的变化来分析不同老化条件对HTV及LSR主链以及侧链的影响,推测其憎水性、机械以及电气性能的变化。实验表明,盐雾以及紫外老化均会引起HTV主链Si-O-Si和侧链Si-CH3、Si-(CH3)2的减少,且增加老化时间会引起化学键持续断裂,这表明盐雾和紫外老化会使HTV憎水性降低,机械以及电气性能也会发生不同程度的改变,而-OH的变化没有明显的规律。盐雾以及紫外老化会使LSR侧链Si-CH3有微弱的下降,会引起LSR的憎水性降低,而其他官能团几乎未发生改变。FTIR test was conducted on high temperature solid vulcanized silicone rubber(HTV)and liquid silicone rubber(LSR)unaged samples,salt fog aging 1 000 h,2 000 h,UV aging 1 000 h,2 000 h sample infrared spectra in this paper.The influence of different aging conditions on the main chain and side chain of HTV and LSR was analyzed by the changes of peak value and peak area,in order to predict the transformations of its hydrophobicity,mechanical and electrical properties.The experiments show that salt fog and UV aging can cause the reduction of HTV main chain Si-O-Si and side chain Si-CH3,and Si-(CH3)2.Increasing the aging time will cause the chemical bond to continue breaking.This indicates that salt fog and UV aging can decrease the hydrophobicity of HTV,mechanical and electrical performances also vary in varying degrees,and-OH group don't make obviously differences.As for LSR,only Si-CH3 group decreases slightly in salt fog aging and UV aging test,which may have influence on its hydrophobicity.
