摘  要:绝缘子的机械性能是输电线路设计的重要参数,运行过程中绝缘子的机械性能的变化严重影响输电线路运行安全。瓷件作为悬式瓷绝缘子的主要部件,是影响瓷绝缘子质量的主要因素之一。以4种悬式瓷绝缘子为试品,在实验室进行了机械破坏负荷试验,高低温交变冻融循环试验并对瓷件进行微观结构分析。研究表明冻融循环试验后,A型和C型的绝缘子的机械破坏负荷显著降低,而B型和D型绝缘子的机械破坏负荷未见明显变化。从材料角度来看A型、B型为强度较高的铝质瓷,C型、D型为强度较低的硅质瓷,试验结果表明冻融循环试验后其机械破坏负荷的下降与瓷材料的种类(硅质瓷/铝质瓷)关系不大。绝缘子瓷件的微观结构,不仅影响其机械性能,而且影响其抗温度变化的性能,具有较大气孔的A型和C型绝缘子,其抗温度变化的性能低于具有较小气孔而分散比较均匀的B型和D型绝缘子。The mechanical performance of insulators is an important parameter in the design of transmission lines.The change of the mechanical properties of the insulators seriously affects the operation safety of transmission line.Porcelain parts,as the main components of suspended porcelain insulators,are one of the main factors affecting the quality of porcelain insulators.In this paper,4 kinds of suspended porcelain insulators were taken as samples,and the mechanical failure load test,freeze-thaw cycle of high and low temperature alternating test were carried out.The microstructural analysis of porcelain parts was made.The research shows that after the freeze-thaw cycle test,the mechanical failure load of A and C insulators is significantly reduced,while the mechanical failure load of B and D insulators has not changed significantly.From the material point of view,type A and B are aluminous porcelain with high strength,and C and D type are low strength siliceous porcelain.After freezing and thawing cycle test,the decrease of mechanical failure load is not related to the type of porcelain material(siliceous porcelain/aluminum porcelain).The microstructure of insulator porcelain not only affects its mechanical properties,but also affects its performance of resisting temperature change.Theinsulatorsoftype A and type C with larger pores have lower temperature resistance than thatoftypeBand type D with smaller pores and more uniform dispersion.
