摘 要:采用微纳制造技术制作出了一种具有三维微柱阵列工作电极的微纳电化学传感器,该传感器包括三维金(Au)微柱阵列工作电极、片上参比电极、片上对电极和PDMS检测池。通过实验检测条件优化后,采用差分脉冲溶出伏安法检测重金属铅离子,微传感器的灵敏度达到0.0428μA/(μg/L)、检测下限达到0.2μg/L,在1~110μg/L的浓度范围内具有良好线性关系(R2=0.994)和重复性(RSD为1.4%)。该微纳传感器用于自来水和河水样品中痕量金属铅离子分析,获得了令人满意的结果。A micro-nano electrochemical sensor with three-dimensional micropillars array working electrode was successfully fabricated by micro-nano manufacturing technology.The sensor consisted of three-dimensional gold(Au)microarray working electrode with a reference electrode plate and a PDMS detection cell.After the experimental conditions were optimized,differential pulse stripping voltammetry(DPSV)was used to detect heavy metal lead ions.The microsensor had a high sensitivity of 0.0428μA/(μg/L)and a low detection limit of 0.2μg/L and has good linearity(R2=0.994)in the concentration range of 1-110μg/L with excellent repeatability(RSD:1.4%).Satisfactory results had been obtained for the determination of Pb(Ⅱ)ions in tap water and river water samples.
