摘  要:以3-巯基丙酸为稳定剂制备了水溶性核壳结构CdSe@ZnSe,并利用层层组装的方法制备了CdSe@ZnSe/PVP/Ru(bpy)^2+3/GCE新型电化学发光传感器,研究了其电化学发光性质,考察了聚合物膜种类、缓冲溶液pH、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)膜的修饰量和共反应剂三正丙胺(TprA)的浓度等实验条件对测定左氧氟沙星电化学发光强度的影响。结果表明:在含有TprA的磷酸缓冲溶液(pH 11)中,CdSe@ZnSe对此传感体系有很强的增敏作用,同时左氧氟沙星对发光强度有明显的猝灭作用,由此建立了一种检测左氧氟沙星含量的新方法。在优化的实验条件下,左氧氟沙星的浓度在1.2×10^-7~5.0×10^-5 mol/L范围内与电化学发光强度呈现出良好的线性关系,最低检测限为5.2×10^-8 mol/L,并成功用于实际药品的检测。Mercaptopropionic acid capped CdSe@ZnSe quantum dots were synthesized in aqueous solution.CdSe@ZnSe/PVP/Ru(bpy)^2+3/GCE sensor was prepared by layer by layer assembly.The electrochemical luminescence(ECL)of the prepared sensor was studied.The effects of the type of polymer membrane,the pH of buffer solution,the modification amount of polyethylene pyrrolidone(PVP)membrane and the concentration of the co-reactant trin-propylamine(TprA)on the ECL intensity of levofloxacin were studied.The results showed that CdSe@ZnSe had a strong sensitizing effect on this sensing system and levofloxacin had a significant quenching effect on the luminescence intensity in the phosphoric acid buffer solution(pH 11)containing TprA.Based on this,a new method for detecting the content of levofloxacin was established.Under the optimized experimental conditions,the concentration of levofloxacin had a good linear relationship with ECL intensity in the range of 1.2×10^-7-5.0×10^-5 mol/L.The detection limit was 5.2×10^-8 mol/L,and the proposed method was successfully used for the detection of actual drugs.
