校企协同创新信息类专业人才培养模式探索——以贺州学院中兴通讯ICT育人平台为例

摘　　要：随着高等教育改革的不断深入,校企协同构建创新人才培养是新时期高等教育改革的新方向。基于校企协同创新思想,贺州学院校企协同人才培养模式经过近年来的探索和实践,在国内率先与中兴通信构建了ICT(信息通信技术)育人平台的专业人才培养体系。通过对电子信息类人才培养目标定位、应用型创新人才教学体系、开放式教学模式构建等协同育人平台的构建与实现进行探讨,提出校企协同创新人才培养模式举措,具有现实意义。With the increasingly deepening of higher education reform,innovative talent cultivation based upon cooperation between universities and enterprises is a new tendency of higher education reform in new era.Based on the idea of cooperation between universities and enterprises,the training mode of talents based upon Hezhou university-enterprises collaborative innovation is experimented for several years.First of all,the ICT(Information and Communication Technology)educational platform has been established by Hezhou University and ZTE.Then,the training model of professional talents is designed and experimented.The training mode of talents majored in electronic information is analyzed,including the objective of personnel cultivation,the teaching system of applied innovative talent cultivation,the establishment of open teaching model,the establishmen and experiment of cooperative educational platform,and so on.
