摘  要:以Ce(NO3)3·6H2O为铈源,采用水热法,190℃条件下,反应12h合成了CePO4发光材料。研究了三种不同的PO4∶Ce物质的量比对材料形貌、尺寸及荧光性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱分析(FTIR)、荧光光谱分析(FS)对所合成的CePO4材料进行了表征。结果表明,合成的八面体形貌的CePO4发光材料,在230~270nm范围内出现多个激发峰;在430~530nm范围内有多个发射峰。随着磷酸根摩尔数的增大,CePO4八面体越大,荧光峰位置及强度发生了变化。The luminescent material of CePO4were synthesized via the hydrothermal method at 190℃for 12 hours by using Ce(NO3)3·6H2O as cerium source.The effects of different mole ratio of PO4∶Ce on the morphology,size and fluorescent properties of CePO4 were studied.The as-prepared CePO4 was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and fluorescence spectroscopy(FS).The results showed that CePO4possesses the morphology of octahedron and it displays multiple excitation peaks in the range of 230~270nm and multiple emission peaks in the range of 430~530nm,moreover,the octahedron became larger with the increase of phosphate molar number while the positions and intensities of fluorescence peaks also changed.
