木醋液成分分析及其活性炭缓释体的研究

摘　　要：采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对木醋液进行了化学成分分析。以活性炭为吸附材料制备了木醋液-活性炭缓释体,研究了缓释体在不同介质中的释放规律。结果发现,木醋液中主要的几种成分为乙酸、苯酚、甲基苯酚、甲基喹啉和木焦油醇。木醋液-活性炭缓释体在酸性水体中累积释放量达3.315 2×10^-5 g/mL;在离子型水体中累积释放量达3.092 2×10^-5 g/mL;在蒸馏水中累积释放量达3.017 8×10^-5 g/mL,缓释规律符合McKay模型。The chemical composition of wood vinegar was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The sustained release carrier was prepared by activated carbon as adsorbent and the release rule in different solution was studied.As a result,acetic acid,phenol,methylphenol,methylquinoline and wood tar alcohol were found in wood vinegar as main components.The cumulative release of wood vinegar-activated carbon sustained release carrier reached to 3.315 2×10^-5,3.092 2×10^-5 and 3.017 8×10-^5 g/mL in acidic solution,ionized solution and distilled water,respectively.The rule of sustained release accorded with McKay model.
