摘 要:玻璃肋作为玻璃幕墙的支承系统可用在层高较高的大堂或共享空间区域,但由于生产和运输不便等原因需要采用多块肋板连接成一片整体。采用通用有限元软件Strand7对玻璃肋的销钉连接进行有限元分析,阐述了连接节点的受力与破坏机理,并将有限元数值分析结果与试验破坏荷载值进行对比分析;最后,分析了接触间隙大小和销孔内的弹性材料厚度对连接节点承载力设计值的影响,并给出了提高该类节点承载力设计值的建议。In the lobby with high floor height or shared space area,glass ribs can be used as the supporting system for the glass curtain wall.However,due to the inconvenience of production and transportation,it is necessary to connect a plurality of glass ribs into one piece.The finite element analysis of the pin connection of glass ribs was carried out by using the general finite element software Strand7.Finite element models were established for the joints tested.The loading mechanism and failure mechanism of the contact connection between the pin and the glass hole were illustrated and the finite element numerical results were compared with the test failure load.Finally,the influences of the contact gap size in the pin hole and the thickness of the elastic material on the capacity of the pin hole were considered,and the design recommendations were proposed to improve the bearing capacity of this type of joint.
