荜茇根提取物化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究荜茇根提取物的化学成分,为进一步研究其有效成分提供依据。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术对荜茇根95%乙醇提取物的二氯甲烷和乙酸乙酯萃取部分进行化学成分分离,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定各化合物的结构。结果:从荜茇根提取物中分离得到8个化合物,通过核磁共振等波谱技术结合理化性质鉴定其化学结构。分别为:墙草碱(1)、胡椒碱(2)、去甲氧基姜黄素(3)、二去甲氧基姜黄素(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)、棕榈酸(6)、β-胡萝卜苷(7)和氨-顺式-阿魏酰酪胺(8)。结论:化合物(7)(8)为首次从荜茇根中分离得到。Objective:Through the research on chemical composition of the piperis longi extracts,to provide the basis for further study on its active ingredients.Methods:Using various chromatographic technology such as silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 to separate chemical composition of methane dichloride and ethyl acetate from piperis longi extracts 95%ethanol extracts,according to the physical,chemical properties and spectral data to identify the structure of the compound.Results:Eight compounds were isolated from piperis longi extracts,by using nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum technology combined with physical and chemical properties to identify their chemical structure.Including(1)pellitorine,(2)piperine,(3)demethoxycurcumin,(4)bisdemethoxycurcumin,(5)β-sitosterol,(6)palmitic acid,(7)β-daucosterol and(8)N-cis-Feruloyltyramine.Conclusion:Compounds(7)and(8)were obtained from piper longum for the first time.
